TUBER AESTIVIUM TRUFFLE SHEETS

The summer truffle or Tuber Aestivum grows in a habitat similar to that of the black truffle; that is to say, together with the roots of Mediterranean forests, although it does not require environmental conditions as specific as the black truffle in terms of soil composition and humidity. This translates into greater ease of cultivation but also in less spectacular properties, such as a less intense aroma than that of black truffle.
