Saffron roasting is one of the most delicate tasks of the entire process to follow to obtain saffron, for this reason it is carried out by artisans with a lot of experience in the work and obtaining a saffron of the highest quality.
Before packaging, it is selected and cleaned to remove any floral remains it may have, packaging is carried out by Azafranes Jiloca, which since 1993 has supplied a saffron of internationally recognized quality.
