LAGAR D`AMPRIUS SYRAH NOBLE

Service Temperature: 13 - 15ºC

Preparation: After malolactic fermentation, the wine rested in steel tanks for 12 months. Subsequent aging in French and American oak barrels for a further 16 months.

Tasting Note: Wine with a crystalline appearance and ruby red color. Medium-high layer. In the olfactory phase, the wine shows clean and intense aromas. Ripe black fruits, spicy and truffled aromas, on a bed of fine toast provided by the wood during its aging process. (The Syrah variety does not take much of the aroma of wood). Very good entry and passage through the mouth. We feel the spicy flavors again. Excellent texture and mineral background. Soft and complex tannins.
