    Elaboration: This wine is a blend of Garnacha (70%) and Syrah (30%) from vineyards between 15-30 years old for the Garnacha variety and 10 years old for the Syrah. The vineyards are located on high terraces, at an altitude of between 350 and 800 meters above sea level. The soils are clay-limestone, stony and silty. Regarding the elaboration, a fermentation is carried out, of each variety separately, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 22-26ºC.

    Finally, Borsao Bole remains for 3 months in Bordeaux barrels of French oak of first and second wine.

    Tasting Notes: Borsao Bole 2015 is a juicy red wine with a point of concentration. The Grenache provides the most fruity part, while the spiciest touch comes from the Syrah.

         Recommended with Sausages, Roasted red meats, Stews, White meats, Rice with meat
