Delivery conditions


1.- The delivery of the material will be made at the address indicated by the customer at the time of making their purchase.

2.- It is very important to indicate the recipient's telephone number, mainly to facilitate delivery to the carrier.

3.- Under normal conditions, all orders received before 12:00 will be sent on the same day. The delivery time is 48-72h. working for Spain. Other destinations consult first. Orders that arrive on Fridays after 12:00 will be sent on Mondays.

4.- We do not send merchandise to the post office box.

5.- We send our products outside of Europe. To do this, you must send us an e-mail indicating all your information, contact telephone number, destination and exactly which products you wish to receive, and we will contact you to indicate the conditions of transport and other particularities that may arise depending on the destination .

6.- Orders with a form of payment "by transfer" will be canceled if after 7 working days the deposit has not been made.

Conditions for returns

Due to unforeseen events or possible shipping errors that may arise, at AragonGourmet we work to achieve the highest level of satisfaction for our customers, therefore, if you do not agree with the order sent, you must indicate this within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt, indicating the order number and the incident, we will contact you via email or mobile to find a joint solution between both parties.

In the following points we will indicate the possible changes or returns that may arise.

If any product appears damaged due to shipping

Any incident that may arise in any product due to its transport, you may return it, and we will resend the product to you again, assuming the costs of reshipping on our part. In order to be eligible for this type of incident, you must verify the status of your order at the time of receipt, and you must do so by indicating the claim you have on the delivery note (all this before signing). Therefore, in order to claim any type of incident of this type, you will have a maximum period of 24 hours from delivery (article 952.2 of the Commercial Code).

In accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph, AragonGourmet will not assume any responsibility if the condition of the products has deteriorated because the recipient is not reachable at the indicated delivery address.

If the products you received do not correspond to what you requested

If any order received does not contain the products indicated in the order, you should send us an email to info@aragongourmet.com indicating that the product in the order is not the correct one, with which we will resend the order again with the correct products.

Return without incidents:

Due to current legislation, the customer may return their order in perfect condition, provided that it is done within the period of 14 calendar days from receipt, and that it is in perfect condition and in the original packaging. In this type of case, the customer must assume the costs of returning the order.

AragonGourmet, once the returned order has been received, will notify the customer by email or mobile phone of the acceptance of the same, once this has been done, we will refund the amount of the order, also excluding the shipping costs that may arise from it.

This refund will be made through the same purchasing channel that the buyer used

AragonGourmet will not accept the return of food products that are open or out of their packaging.

If your order has not started to be processed:

If you have made the purchase, and for any reason you wish to cancel it, you may do so as long as the shipment has not been dispatched. If it has not been dispatched, you may let us know and we will refund the amount of the refund.

AragonGourmet informs you not to throw away your packaging until you have verified that your product is in perfect condition, so keep your packaging. It also reminds you that you must review your order to confirm that the merchandise that arrives is what you requested.

The minimum age to place an order will be 18 years old, taking into account that any mishandling of this service will be the responsibility of the person in question. AragonGourmet is not responsible for any fraudulent use that may occur.

FORM TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you wish to receive the form to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can request it via email at info@aragongourmet.com, and our team will respond to it as soon as possible.

You can indicate the following text in the body of the email: "Please provide me with the form to exercise the right of withdrawal"
