Elaboration: it comes from vineyards that have not yet reached their thirties. The different phases of vinification and production are carried out following the conventional methodology. The two varieties used by Coto de Hayas Tempranillo Cabernet Roble carry out the various processes independently. The grapes go through a period of fermentation and maceration that lasts three weeks. Before final bottling, Coto de Hayas Tempranillo Cabernet Roble is bled and pressed. After the final coupage, this wine rests for four months in American oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Clean and bright red color with cherry hues. Medium robe and thin tears. It shows varietal and wild red fruit memories. Fresh as a whole and with sweet nuances. Pleasant toasted and balsamic background. Soft entry, it is warm and subtle. It has ripe tannins and a very good acidity. Medium and fruity finish.
