Elaboration: The must is obtained by bleeding after 18 hours of cold maceration, at 9ºC, with the skins. Subsequently, an alcoholic fermentation is carried out in conical stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 15 and 18 º C. In addition, all the wines from the winery bear on their labels a drawing by the artist Enrique Torrijos that recreates the silhouette of a face with a primitive and syncretistic style, symbol, once again, of the combination of the ancient and the modern.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Clean and bright. Great aromatic intensity with a predominance of white fruit and tropical fruit. Combination of floral, vegetable and mineral notes. Intense and pleasant entry. Fresh and unctuous on the palate. Very expressive white fruit flavors. Long finish with herbaceous hints
