    Elaboration: Pre-fermentation maceration is carried out for 6 days at a temperature of 10ºC. The fermentation temperature was allowed to reach 26 ° C. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains macerated with the skins for 15 days. Then it is aged in American oak barrels from Kentucky for 8 months.

    Tasting Notes: Wine with a well covered cherry color, preserving a violet rim. Clear, clean and intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits, with spicy notes from aging and mineral touches. Rich and powerful on the palate, it presents those fruity aromas from the barrel that announced perfectly integrated on the nose. The finish is long, persistent and fruity.

          Recommended with red meat, ham.
