    Elaboration: The different varieties were vinified separately given their different maturity cycles.

    These grapes, once destemmed and without crushing, were taken to the conical stainless steel fermenter tanks. After a cold maceration (9ºC) for 8 days, alcoholic fermentation was carried out with selected yeast, allowing the temperature to reach 24ºC.

    After uncovering, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation and after mixing the two varieties (50%) it was aged in new American Oak barrels for 4 months.

    Tasting Notes:

    Intense cherry color red wine with violet tones on the rim. Clean and very intense aromas, reminiscent of red and black bramble fruits (blackberry, raspberry, strawberry), on a bed of those provided by the barrel (toasted, toffee). In the mouth it is full, tasty and sweet. Powerful when entering and passing through the palate, it again reminds us of the bramble fruits, which we perceived in the olfactory phase.

    Persistent, frank and fruity aftertaste aftertaste.
