    Elaboration: Wine from a 50% blend of Merlot and Syrah varieties that perfectly complement each other. The two fermented, separately, at mild temperatures to extract all their fruity character and the less aggressive tannins. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine was assembled and then bottled.

    Tasting Notes: Cherry red color with blue edges, on the nose it is very fresh and fruity, highlighting the red fruits and wild berries, on the palate it is soft and silky.

          Recommended with white meats, salads, pasta
