Elaboration: Made from a selection of garnachas of different payments, from the last three vintages. Vineyards 40-50 years old with a production of less than one kilogram per vine. Once the malolactic fermentation is finished, it is racked and vatted again, in new French oak barrels in contact with its own lees for 10 months. After said aging, the selection of the best barrels is made, the blending of them and their blunting is carried out.

Tasting Notes: Intense cherry red with ruby tones, clean and bright. Very intense, fine, elegant aroma, with a background of red fruits, plum, cherry. Mineral, spicy, coffee, toasted, vanilla, pastry, meringue notes. Very powerful attack, fat and voluminous, very balanced and concentrated mid palate, very lively, good acidity. Long, broad, silky finish, very round and well-rounded tannins.
