    Elaboration: In the winery, each variety of Borsao Crianza is vinified separately. It consists of a fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 24 and 28ºC and a maceration that lasts 15 days in total. Finally, the wine ages for 10 months in Bordeaux barrels made of French (90%) and American (10%) oak.

    Tasting Notes: Fresh and creamy, with perfect and pleasant acidity, bright straw yellow, citrus notes and hints of tropical fruit.
