Service Temperature: 4-6ºC

Preparation: Traditional winemaking is carried out. Once racked, the must ferments at 16ºC with temperature control for 15 days, obtaining a fresh and fruity base wine. The wine remains aged on its lees for 3 months. After its aging, the base wine is subjected to the Charmat-Martinotti method. This method consists of a second fermentation of the wine in pressurized stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, achieving foam and maintaining its fruity expression. Fermentation by traditional method of the two varieties separately at 14ºC, with temperature control in stainless steel tanks

Tasting Note: Pale yellow color with greenish flashes that denote its youth with lively effervescence. On the nose, frank and fresh aromas, with high intensity of white fruits (green apple, stone fruit and tropical). On the palate it is full, intense, refreshing and fruity.
