Made in the traditional way, with very little salt, D.O.P. Ham is cured slowly and for a long time in the natural drying room of Monreal del Campo (Teruel).
Minimum total cure between 20 and 24 months.
With an 8-pointed star branded with fire and the numbered band.
The lot is shipped in a standard box.
