CROWN OF ARAGON YOUNG GARNACH

Type of wine: Red

Variety: Grenache

Alcohol level: 13.5% Vol.

Service Temperature: 13-15ºC

Preparation: Manual harvest is cooled between 8 and 10ºC, remaining this way for 3 to 4 days, macerating to extract its maximum potential. It is then fermented at 26ºC, with constant pumping over and delestages to achieve a highly concentrated wine. - A vat foot of S. Cerevisiae was used, which was inoculated with an exact amount of yeast per liter, to control the rate of fermentation.

Tasting Note: A wine with an intense red color with violet hues, intense, clean with notes of raspberry, cherries, blueberries and a background of peach with spicy/balsamic notes, it has an intense, smooth mid-palate where it fills the mouth with flavors of Ripe fruits leaving a long and fruity aftertaste.

Recommended with roasts, red meats in general, wild game and semi-cured cheeses.
